Ultra-Energy Efficient Charlottesville Demonstration Home to be featured in local media

The first ThermaSteel home to be built in the City of Charlottesville is now under construction in Chisholm Place. Developed by Roger, this  beautiful home is being featured on NBC29 in early July and in the Cville Weekly the week of June 25th. Expected completion date: October 2007.  From the Press Release: "New sustainably designed light-filled, home under construction featuring Thermasteel construction system (first in City) and many environmental features including passive and active solar features,  energy saving heating and air, appliances etc. Alan Scouten is architect and Mike Kelly of South Street Building is the construction manager.
