The Last Shuttle

The Last Shuttle by Dennis Biela — Kickstarter.

If you have not heard the last Space Shuttle is blasting off any day now…One of my high school buddies, Pat St. Clair is one of the key photographers and I was lucky enough to help fund the project via Follow along.

“If you haven’t heard, the Space Shuttle program will come to an end after 30 years of service when the space shuttle Atlantis returns from the program’s final mission later this year. With over 1 million parts the orbiter is the most complex device built to date and has inspired people all over the world.

Our focus is telling the story of the amazing Space Shuttle program, including behind the scenes activities and the people, from plumbers to astronauts, who were involved in making it happen. We are capturing this story not only with photography and cinematography, but also, infrared, surround sound, 360 VR and 3D motion and stills. We are creating not only a documentary but an immersive experience. You can check out samples of our work at”
